BUILDING A BRAND FROM THE GROUND UP

Mass Equities had a vision for a mixed-use project at 2900 Brighton Boulevard that would include multi-family residences and commercial office towers, as well as significant retail elements within the vibrant and nationally acclaimed RiNo district in Denver. We were brought on to manage the development of the project’s vision and experience pillars. Following primary and secondary research, we led a Visioning Summit, resulting in a brand framework and story that shifted the project to a true community asset with a real and connected sense of place.

The outcome of this work has defined the architecture, amenities, retail partners, target audience, name, and logo for the project.
