LEADING WITH INNOVATION
We were engaged by MillerCoors as the lead partner in their internal innovation efforts, working directly with the organization’s VP of Innovation. Leveraging our deep experience in the beer industry, the engagement cut across a variety of areas from packaging and promotional innovation, to facilitation of operational innovation. We assisted in creating a strategic framework for ongoing innovation, facilitating cross-functional internal cost-saving and idea generation initiatives, executing primary research to generate consumer insights, and generating ideas to fill their innovation pipeline.
Ultimately, our efforts with the innovation group helped MillerCoors be recognized as a category-leading innovator.
