We have been their agency of record from day one, helping to shape RMB’s Greater Purpose, Brand Strategy, Visual Identity and all client, prospect, and partner communications. We started by clearly defining what lies at the core of the RMB experience – feeling “taken care of” – and then communicating this in a way that is relevant and emotionally engaging. We continued the process with primary and secondary research, created the company’s long-term Vision, Values and Mission, brand positioning and brand personality, and developed the RMB brand identity – including logo, tagline, color palette – as well as an editorial style campaign, using famed New Yorker illustrator Liza Donnelly, to convey the value proposition in an ownable, genuine way. The campaign has been running for 12 years. We continue to work closely with RMB’s leadership team to develop an annual strategic plan that defines priority audiences, as well as specific objectives, strategies and tactics, content strategy, and the execution of all marketing communications.

RMB has $8.8 billion in assets under management and typically exceed all acquisition, retention, growth, and profit goals. They have consistently maintained a 96% client retention rate.
