AN ALL-INCLUSIVE ADVENTURE
Natural Habitat Adventures has been a leading nature and wildlife focused adventure travel provider for more than 20 years. As the official travel partner of World Wildlife Fund, they lead small-group, wildlife viewing trips around the globe, with expert guides and a heightened focus on conservation. We were brought in to help them differentiate themselves in an increasingly crowded adventure travel space and to develop a brand strategy, comprehensive visual identity, enhanced consumer facing messaging, and creative campaign.
The holistic nature of our partnership extends from research and analysis, to insights, brand strategy, messaging, planning, creative concepts and execution. We executed significant primary and secondary research, including a quantitative survey completed by more than 4,000 individuals, interviews of loyal, new, and lapsed customers, as well as a cross section of more than a dozen employees. Moreover, we articulated Brand Personality and Brand Positioning to align with Natural Habitat Adventures’ mission, vision, and position in the marketplace. In alignment with the development of Core Creative, we concepted and wrote both short-form and long-form consumer-facing copy to be used across platforms and serve as a guide for the brand’s tone and voice, which ultimately led to a differentiating creative campaign.
