DEVELOPING A SENSE OF PLACE

After years of stalled development at Snowmass Base Village, The Westin project had to satisfy the needs of development partners, consumers, the Snowmass community, and the Westin Hotel brand. We were brought on board to create the strategy and communications for the project. The brand promise and personality brought the needs of all these groups together, creating a compelling value proposition for prospective buyers while helping to show that the redevelopment efforts could fit within the authentic spirit of the Snowmass community. Thus, “Coexistence” was born to leverage the unique qualities of the Snowmass landscape and extend the new Westin brand

In an industry where property-focused, “pretty picture” advertising is the norm, the “Coexistence” campaign enabled Westin Snowmass to stand out and resonate with all the various stakeholders. The “Coexistence” website won “Best Real Estate Microsite/Landing Page” as part of the Internet Advertising Competition.
