Seasons 52 faced a unique challenge as consumers’ view of “health and wellness” has shifted dramatically, impacting their positioning and market opportunity. We helped them simplify their brand strategy to “inspire guests to discover a better way to eat” while also identifying how to bring the strategy to life across all areas of the business. Creatively we developed concepts for all brand and promotional campaigns and were responsible for website design, content strategy and development, including photography, video, digital advertising, social media, menu design, in-store signage, and more.
Seasons 52 guests are now better able to articulate their offerings and difference, combined with a lower cost per view and higher engagement on digital content, resulting in 110% delivery of the store visit goal. While the paid social campaign had a 1.08% CTR (more than double the goal) and resulted in 130% delivery of the store visit goal and more than 2,400 reservations.
